A somewhat scary leadup to ACE250. I'm trianing for the March Melbourne Ironman and thought the ACE250 would be good bike leg training. But it's become a bit of a beast, what with qualification, lighting rules, weekend leave pass (!) and additional accommodation.
I am hoping to do ok without any world beating times. And looking forward to Monday with a possible recovery cycle up Mt Buffalo.
