When do you ride?
..perhaps some more information about yourself for your profile page
I bought a fixed wheel bike in 1974 and rode it to work and with the same frame with fixed wheel or derailleurs, did 3 years of track and road racing in the early 1980s (and can boast that I raced against Mike Turtur (but check out the handicap!) I did bike commuting before I retired including at one stage, a 120 km return commute 3X a week to work. I did have a few croppers in that time including one very serious car/bike accident that took several years before full recovery. Canoeing and bush-walking are my other outdoor interests but I'm now intent on getting back into bike riding. In addition, the charity World Bicycle Relief is a most worthwhile cause that I hope to become heavily involved with. WBR is only just now being set up in Australia so please google its homepage and I'm sure that you will agree with me.
