Father of two boys, love great design, photography, diving. Unreconstructed Jock, formerly from Jockland. Trying to cultivate an Australian accent with variable success. Trying not to drool at Cervelo bikes, or Pinarellos, or De Rosas...........woops! Drooled too much and bought one - then Jim Woods dropped a frame in my lap and the Black Peril was born.

Au Revoir, rather than farewell

Well, I could get maudlin about going, dwell on the uncertainties of the future or some of the challenges to come, or I could reflect on the last two years.

I arrived on my own in Adelaide in June 2009, having never set foot in SA, or ridden anything over 40kms.

Oh bummer! Best of luck in QLD. I arrived in SA on July 4 four years ago!

Are you in Brisbane? I'll introduce you to Damien McLennan who started Sydney, Melb and now Bris cyclist. He loves riding in Brisbane. He's @damienm on Twitter.

Best of luck and stay in touch.

Cheers

Angus

Hi David Peter J can meet us in Stirling at 7am for some hills torture if you are interested... If you want we can either ride there and leave here early or I can drive us up to him.. Which would mean we would get back to our families quicker. He said he has a hill almost as bad as checkers.....
