"Thanks Peter. It's hard to have to say this but, in the strictest sense of the law, he was at fault. There are cycle paths on both sides of the roads, and until last year cyclists were permitted to ride in both directions on both cycle paths.…"

"Originally state govt deadline for ACC to complete both bikeways was 31-Dec-2018.Now Frome Bikeway will not be completed until mid or late 2019.Afterwards start east-west bikeway, and might not be completed until 2020 or later."
